If you choose to make your listing confidential, only the administrators of the Materials Exchange will have access to your contact information.The Materials Exchange also records when a visitor requests contact information.

If you sign up to receive Email Notices for new listings, you will receive only the information you request.

The Materials Exchange will periodically follow up with visitors to keep our information accurate and assess the success of our service.

We do not keep records of how often you visit our site or what pages you go to. The Materials Exchange does gather overall statistical information on the use of the site.

The Materials Exchange website uses cookies, a string of text stored on your hard drive, to store your contact information for the duration of your visit. The cookie is automatically deleted when you close your browser. Using cookies does not enable us to access your files, software, or hardware.
